Tyler Hotchkiss
Tyler is dedicated to serving clients in trial and the courtroom throughout Washington State. He focuses his practice on wrongful death, nursing home/assisted living negligence, personal injury, business matters, including business litigation, estate matters, including estate litigation, insurance matters and DUI/criminal defense. He comes back home to Wenatchee from the Yakima County Prosecutor’s Office where he worked as a felony special assault prosecutor.
Tyler is a native of the Wenatchee Valley and received his undergraduate degree from Central Washington University. He graduated from the University of Toledo's Law School, where, while attending, he was in the top third of his class. He has worked for the Ohio Supreme Court, the highest court in Ohio, and the United States Customs and Border Protection.
Tyler is a member of the Washington Association for Justice where he is an active member of their nursing home negligence division and is ready to use his trial and courtroom experience to fight for you
